As the executive VP of Sales and co-owner of Prime Realty, Margie brings a wealth of sales experience to the firm. As a top producing agent for the past four years, Margie established a passion for building relationships and provides impeccable service for her clients. Prior to entering the real estate field, Margie worked as a mortgage processor in the banking industry and taught Spanish part-time.

Her work ethic is a large contributor to her success, as well as her dedication and go-getter attitude. Originally from Florida, Margie lived in New York before calling Upstate South Carolina her home in 2009. With a Cuban and Puerto Rican background, Margie is fluent in Spanish and can offer clear communication for international clients.

She is a proud mother to a son and daughter. Her family has enjoyed their transition to the South, and she loves helping buyers find their perfect home in our beautiful community.
