Meet the team
About Kathryn Knott
Originally from Tucker, GA, Kathryn moved to Greenville in 2006 to attend Furman University. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Elementary Education. While attending Furman, Kathryn fell in love with the Upstate and decided to call Greenville home. Before becoming a realtor, Kathryn taught for five years in Greenville County Schools. As a teacher, she was good at wearing many hats, managing the organized chaos of a classroom, and was passionate about her students and helping them learn. After staying home with her own children for a couple of years, Kathryn decided to find a career that combined her love of people and her love of Greenville, which lead her to real estate!
In her free time, Kathryn enjoys giving back to her community. She volunteers at her church and leads a small group with her husband. Last summer, Kathryn raised money for Make-A-Wish when she participated in the Trailblaze Challenge. She now volunteers with Make-A-Wish as a Wish Pal. Kathryn also enjoys being outside hiking and mountain biking with her family, as well as enjoying the many exciting events happening in and around Greenville.
